Tuesday, January 16, 2018

Join us for the first new episode of The Graduates this spring semester as we speak with biologist Erik Sathe about his work on lizard locomotion. Erik is a PhD candidate in the Department of Integrative Biology at UC Berkeley. In the interview, Erik talks about his research on the physics of flight in lizards, the evolution of gliding, and his undergraduate work in a functional morphology lab. Erik is also joining The Graduates as a new host and producer this semester!

The Graduates, featuring graduate student research at Cal, is broadcast every other Tuesday on KALX 90.7 FM. Past episodes are available to listen and download free on iTunes or online. The Graduates is hosted by Tesla Monson, postdoctoral scholar in the Department of Integrative Biology.
