Our lives can become extremely busy and overwhelming. Practicing mindfulness allows you to maintain your emotional wellbeing during stressful periods while relaxing the mind and body simultaneously. 
Come practice mindfulness meditation with us where you can focus on what you are experiencing in, while you're the moment. Notice your heart rate and flow of your breath; use this time to reflect on the week and reset for the semester.
