Hi everyone! I’m Charlotte, a senior majoring in Microbial Biology. I’m especially interested in microbiome and immunology research, and I’m happy to share what I’ve learned about getting started in research and finding labs. On campus, I’m involved with Berkeley Medical Reserve Corps, the Volunteer Health Interpreters Organization, the Labor Coach Program, and the Bridging Berkeley math mentoring program. I’ve also been an EMT for two years, and outside of school I’m involved in clinical care, emergency medical response, community health outreach, and service work. As a Peer Advising Leader, I’m excited to be an approachable resource for you as you navigate the Microbial Biology major, explore research and clinical opportunities, and find your own path at Cal.
