Judy Malamut ‘83 has been a practicing environmental and urban planner, currently with Baseline Environmental Consulting, for 30 years. Her primary areas of expertise are the environmental review of projects under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and resource management planning, including wildfire risk reduction plans. As a trail advocate, she has served on the Board for the San Francisco Bay Trail since 1985. Judy holds a B.S. in Conservation and Resource Studies from UC Berkeley and a M.S. in City and Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania.
