Deborah Hicks

Bio/CV: 

Deborah Loker Hicks ’72 is chairwoman of the Donald P. and Katherine B. Loker Foundation. She also serves on the boards of several institutions, including Farming New Orleans, Center for Blue Economy, and Middlebury Institute of International Studies. In 2016, she and her husband Robin established the Loker Foundation Graduate Award, which supports graduate students in the Rausser College of Natural Resources who are working on marine sustainability. Deborah holds a B.A. in Art History from UC Berkeley and an M.A. in French from New York University.
