Mathieu Streiff

Bio/CV: 

Mathieu Streiff is a healthcare real estate investment professional, with over 20 years of
experience investing in commercial real estate. He was a founding partner of American
Healthcare Investors, helping it grow into one of the largest privately held healthcare
real estate investment firms globally. He is now a member of the board of directors of
American Healthcare REIT (NYSE: AHR), a healthcare real estate investment trust with
a portfolio of senior housing communities, medical office buildings and skilled nursing
facilities, totaling approximately $4.3 billion in gross investment value. He has served in
a variety of capacities for AHR and its predecessors, including as chief operating officer
and general counsel.

Earlier in his career, Streiff held the role of executive vice president and general counsel
at Grubb & Ellis Company, a diversified commercial real estate firm, where he oversaw
all global legal matters for its investment management and real estate services
operations. Previously, he practiced in the real estate department of Latham & Watkins
LLP in New York. Streiff earned a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Economics and
Policy from the College of Natural Resources, UC Berkeley and a Juris Doctor from
Columbia University. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and
currently resides in Newport Beach, California, with his wife, Kimberlee and their three
children.
