Hi! I'm TJ, a second year Molecular Environmental Biology major with a concentration in Human Health and the Environment and a hopeful minor in Computer Science. I'm fascinated by the human body and the mechanisms that underlie its functions and dysfunctions, how large scale factors play into individual health, and how technology can influence health systems. I'm currently a STEER intern working in a genomics lab, a Fung Fellow within the School of Public Health, and one of the Head Chairs for Berkeley Model United Nations 65. When not in class, the lab, or meetings (or office hours!) you can find me perched at the top of a trail in the Berkeley Hills, exploring around the bay, daydreaming about the next time I get to travel abroad, or searching for coffee, my lifeblood. Though environmental human health is my main area of study and research, I'm practically interested in every discipline, so come talk to me about yours!
