During the remote learning period, we are adapting our wellness programming to meet the unique nature of this time. In Spring 2021, Rausser College is partnering with the UHS Health Worker Program to host a peer health worker in our advising office. Gerard Legaspi will hold weekly office hours as part of the Virtual Front Desk, share weekly health tips on the newsletter and virtual bulletin board, and is available as a health resource to Rausser students.

When we’re on campus, wellness events occur monthly throughout the Fall and Spring semesters. They focus on connecting students with resources on campus, exploring the various areas of wellness, and generally encouraging students to take time for their own wellbeing. Rausser partners with various organizations on-campus. If you have suggestions for a wellness event or you would like to partner with us, please contact the Wellness Wednesday coordinator: cnr.wellness@berkeley.edu

See updated information about all wellness events for the semester on our events calendar here. Look at the Wellness Resources list to find resources that can improve your own wellness in each of the wellness areas.
