Multi-Purpose Room

The Gill Tract Agricultural Operations shared multi-purpose room is available to campus affiliated researchers and the Community Farm. Amenities include a conference table with seating for 8 plus 15 additional seats, kitchenette, wifi, and restrooms.

If you need help with a room reservation or room set-up, please contact the facility manager. Check to make sure your reservation is confirmed and correct at least 2 working days before your event or meeting.

Room Use Policy

When using the facility, please adhere to the following guidelines: 

  • Please turn the lights off when you leave.

  • Please leave the room cleaner than you found it. Throw away trash, drinks, food. Please wipe down tables, clean up all food or drinks, and clean up any spills. Remove any teaching materials, food, or other items you brought.

  • Room configuration. If you move furniture for your meeting, you must move it back to its original set-up.

  • Report any issues to the facility manager.

  • Room Reservation Changes & Cancellations: If your meeting time is changed or canceled, please cancel or change your reservation as soon as possible, so others can use the room.
