Are you willing to put in the time? Need club and logging sports to help out, to put in the time so this can happen.

BearClave Committees:

• publicity

  • responsible for outreach to berkeley campus

  • coordinate with Ricky and Alumni

  • alumni relay at end of comp

  • facebook

  • SAF and CAF coordination

• banquet with fire-pit and (jacobs band? woah that would be wild!)

  • food for lunch

  • lights and electricity (Yikes)

  • beverages and chairs, planning the whole banquet

  • awards banquet at Russell

• site/transportation (lets prep that shit)

  • getting water to the site

  • trash cans

  • potty

  • shuttle from lafayette bart to the site

• volunteer (do it, its the right thing to do)

  • point person for the volunteers

  • making sure volunteers know where they need to go

• award/judging (go bears!)

  • giving out awards

  • making awards

  • helping with judging

Commitment?

• 1work weekend (all day Sat w/ Alums)

• check in w/Justine and Ricky 2x/week if on committee

• available all day of event on April 2 (7 am to 6pm)

• LS be able to stay Fri-Sun for site help/clean-up

• need people on Friday for wood collection
